By the way, it doesn’t matter if you pick Editor X / Wix Studio or Wix templates, both platforms belong together and can be fully operated within 1 Wix account. Your purchased website template will be transferred to your Wix account within a maximum of 3 business days (usually much quicker).

Editor X is the advanced platform of Wix and was launched in 2020. In 2024, there is a shift from Editor X to the even more advanced platform Wix Studio. It is more complex to edit, but offers more flexibility and functionality. Editor X / Wix Studio is 100% responsive and comes with an innovative flexbox technology. Editor X / Wix Studio allows for designs to be finetuned separately per breakpoint, it offers a CSS grid (thus more design control), teamwork in real-time and many more features. Most Wix apps and widgets are available on Editor X / Wix Studio too. If you feel uncomfortable using Editor X / Wix Studio, feel free to stay with Wix as Wix still is a wonderful CMS to create great websites with.

However, you are only allowed to use them as part of your Wix / Editor X / Wix Studio website. In addition to that, you can also buy photo licenses from platforms like Shutterstock, iStockphoto or other companies and use them in your website.

No, you can use our templates only for Wix and Editor X / Wix Studio. Please check out the specific templates in our shop to see which platform the template is made for. You cannot use these templates on other systems.

Our professional website templates are made for a global marketplace. The fonts used in our templates are for demonstration purposes only. Please double-check with your local legislation if using the fonts in your purchased website template is in compliance with the law where you live. You are solely reliable for your website being in compliance with the law.

You can use Wix for free if you don’t mind a small advertising banner shown on your website. If you decide to buy a Wix premium plan, that small advertising banner will automatically be removed and more features will be unlocked for you.

If you purchase a Wix premium plan, you can connect your website to your own domain. Most Wix premium plans come with a free domain for the first year. You can choose between different Wix premium plans on their website.
